Integrity HR Announces the Promotion of Paula Agee to HR Services Manager – Outsourcing


Louisville, KY, July 5, 2010 – Paula Agee, SPHR, of Integrity HR Inc, has been promoted to HR Services Manager – Outsourcing after her outstanding performance in her previous role as a Human Resources Consultant. 

As the HR Services Manager – Outsourcing, Ms. Agee will take on a number of new roles including but not limited to, management of HR outsourcing accounts and the outsourcing process, outsourcing client setup and initiation, as well as overall supervision and quality control of HR Service accounts. 

Ms. Agee has over 12 years of progressive human resource management experience and is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute. Prior to her role at Integrity HR, she served for eleven years as the Director of Human Resources for Parts Unlimited, Inc., a manufacturer of restoration automotive interiors located in LaGrange, Kentucky. A graduate of Georgetown College, Ms. Agee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Psychology and Communications.  She has been employed with Integrity HR since September of 2008.

Amy Newbanks Letke selected as NAWBO EPIC Awards finalist

Louisville, KY - Amy Newbanks Letke of Integrity HR, Inc. has been named a finalist in the 2010 EPIC Awards hosted by the Louisville chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

The EPIC Awards honor women business owners who demonstrate a winning combination of excellence as entrepreneurs, professional accomplishments, initiative and creativity in addressing major business challenges along with civic and community involvement.

Eleven local entrepreneurs from the Kentuckiana community have been selected as finalists.

"This year's finalists are really the cream of the crop in Kentuckiana and are a diverse representation of the industries being led by women business owners," said Maggie Harlow, chapter president. "It is by celebrating the economic development successes of women-owned businesses that our entire community succeeds."

The Small Business Commerce Association (SBCA) is pleased to announce that Integrity Hr, Inc. has been selected for the 2009 Best of Business Award in the Human Resource Consulting Services category.

The SBCA 2009 Award Program recognizes the top 5% of small businesses throughout the country. Using consumer feedback, the SBCA identifies companies that we believe have demonstrated what makes small businesses a vital part of the American economy.
