Paula Agee has over 12 years of progressive human resource management experience. She served for eleven years as the Director of Human Resources for Parts Unlimited, Inc., a manufacturer of restoration automotive interiors located in LaGrange, Kentucky. A graduate of Georgetown College, Ms. Agee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Psychology and Communications.
In her role at Integrity HR, Paula provides a number of HR Services. She has performed a number of HR consultant duties including recruitment initiatives, human resource management activities, compensation plan benchmarking and design, educating clientele in managing the FMLA process, policy development, benefits administration, cobra administration, performance evaluations, and conducting new hire onboarding and employee integration programs. Ms. Agee is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute.
